ProductionStudio provides creative content production, ad creative, and marketing infrastructure services to businesses. All services are delivered under a project agreement, proposal, or statement of work agreed in writing before work commences.
Services include but are not limited to: content production (photography and video), ad creative and copy, landing page and booking infrastructure builds, and the Pipeline Sprint package. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in writing for each project.
ProductionStudio uses AI tools as part of its production workflow. The following principles govern that use:
We do not guarantee that AI-assisted outputs are error-free, but we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance before delivery.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and lawful source materials. Clients remain responsible for the content and legality of their campaigns, including compliance with advertising regulations relevant to their sector.
Where a project involves regulated sectors (healthcare, financial services, aesthetics), it is the client's responsibility to ensure final sign-off by their designated compliance or responsible person before any campaign goes live.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain full ownership of their brand assets and all final delivered project materials upon receipt of final payment.
ProductionStudio retains the right to reference completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes, for example listing the client's sector and service type in case studies, unless the client opts out in writing at the start of the project. Raw footage, source files, and working files remain the property of ProductionStudio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a project date or slot. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing standard rate where applicable.
Work will not commence until a deposit has been received. Final deliverables will not be released until full payment has cleared. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
ProductionStudio delivers services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered materials, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or campaign underperformance.
Our maximum liability in connection with any project is limited to the total fees paid for that specific project.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
