Days 1–2

Strategy &
Brief

We run a single strategy and briefing call, typically 60–90 minutes. You don't need to prepare. We lead the session and extract everything we need: your market position, ideal buyer profile, strongest proof points, and compliance requirements if relevant.

After the call, we produce a full shot list, scene schedule, and talking-point prompts for your on-camera appearances. You review and approve before we arrive on set.

Day 3–4

Production
Day

You host. We handle everything: crew, equipment, lighting, audio, direction, and scheduling. We work around your operations where possible, and all we need is access to relevant spaces at planned times.

On the day you'll be asked to be available for brief on-camera appearances. We keep these efficient and well-directed, nothing theatrical, no unexpected requests.

Days 5–12

Build &
Deploy

This is where we work independently. Post-production on your content library, ad creative build, copy pack writing, landing page development, and full technical configuration: CRM, tracking, pixels, conversion events.

You'll receive one organised review package when everything is ready. One round of feedback, then we finalise and go live.

  • Content editing: cull, grade, audio, export
  • Ad creative: 16+ statics, 6 videos, copy pack
  • Landing page: design, copy, build, mobile QA
  • CRM pipeline configuration and routing rules
  • Full pixel, tracking, and conversion event setup
  • End-to-end test leads and UTM validation

Day 14

Handover &
Launch

Everything is delivered in full: organised asset library, all ad creative, landing page live, CRM configured, tracking validated. You receive a complete handover pack and your team knows how to run it from day one.

Approximately four weeks post-launch, we review early performance data and deliver one iteration round: improving four to six underperforming assets based on real results.
