We believe in being clear about where AI is involved in our work, how it's used, and what human oversight looks like in practice.
At ProductionStudio, AI is part of our production workflow, but it's a tool in the hands of experienced practitioners, not a substitute for creative judgement, quality control, or strategic thinking.
We use AI where it genuinely accelerates output without compromising quality: versioning, resizing, formatting, adaptation at scale, and iteration support. We don't use it to replace the human decisions that determine whether work actually performs.
Every deliverable we produce is reviewed, approved, and quality-checked by a person before it leaves us. AI-assisted outputs are never sent to clients without a human review pass.
Creative direction, brand judgement, messaging strategy, compliance review, and final QA are all human-led. These are the decisions that determine whether work performs, and they require context, experience, and accountability that AI tools don't provide.
Your brand assets, campaign materials, and project data are used only for your project. We do not use client data to train AI models, and we do not share client materials with third-party AI platforms beyond what is necessary to complete your project.
Where AI tools are used that process your content, we use providers with appropriate data handling policies and, where relevant, enterprise or business-tier agreements that exclude training data use.
We follow the principles of the EU AI Act in our use of AI tools:
If you have specific questions about how AI is used in your project, ask us directly and we'll answer plainly.
