About ProductionStudio

We work with ambitious SMEs, typically founder-led businesses with between 5 and 100 employees that need professional marketing output but don't have the internal team or the appetite for an ongoing agency relationship. Our clients include private healthcare providers, aesthetics and dental clinics, professional services firms, hospitality businesses, and premium retail.
Yes, where the scope fits. We're not built for enterprise campaigns with multiple agencies and approval layers, but if you're a larger business that wants a fast, fixed-price project delivered without the overhead, we're a good fit.
We sit differently. Creative agencies focus on brand strategy and big ideas. We're a production studio: we take your strategy (or help you define one quickly) and build the assets, ads, and infrastructure that put it in market. No retainer, no ongoing dependency.
We're UK-based and work with businesses across the country. Travel within 30 miles of your location is included in all shoot day packages. Anything beyond that, we'll confirm upfront.
The Pipeline Sprint

Our flagship service

It's our flagship fixed-price project that combines all three of our core services: a full-day content shoot, a complete ad creative pack, and a lead-capture booking infrastructure, deployed in fourteen days. It's designed to take marketing entirely off your desk for the duration of the project and leave you with a running system at the end.
Approximately three to four hours across the full fourteen days. One strategy and briefing call (60–90 minutes), attendance at the production day (we direct everything, you show up and host), and a final sign-off review. That's it.
Access to your premises at agreed times, willingness to do brief on-camera clips (we prep you fully in advance), and any team or staff who feature in the shoot. We handle all logistics, crew, lighting, audio, and direction. We may ask that certain rooms are kept clear at specific times.
Logo, brand colours, and fonts are helpful, but if you don't have them, we use a clean production-neutral look that works well for ads and digital use. We'll advise on this during the briefing call.
Approximately four weeks after your ads go live, we review early performance data with you and improve four to six underperforming assets, swapping angles, adjusting hooks, or testing alternative copy. This is included in the Pipeline Sprint and the Performance Pack.
Pricing & Process

Practical questions

Fixed. Every service is quoted as a flat fee with a defined deliverable list. You know exactly what you're getting before we start. The only exceptions are complex multi-site logistics or projects in regulated sectors that require additional compliance work, and we'll always confirm these upfront.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date or project slot. The balance is due on delivery. All prices are ex-VAT.
Yes. Content production, ad creative, and booking engine builds are all available as standalone services. See the Services page for full details and pricing.
Project slots are allocated on a rolling basis. Availability typically runs two to four weeks out. If you have a specific date you're working towards, get in touch early and we'll confirm what's possible.
Every project includes a defined round of revisions before final delivery. If something isn't right, we fix it. We don't sign off on delivery until you're satisfied with the output.

Regulated industries

Yes, it's one of our most common sectors. We understand the compliance requirements around before/after imagery, clinical claims, and patient consent. Our Regulated Sector ad pack includes a compliance-safe copy direction pass and is suitable for CQC-registered and regulated businesses.
You are. We produce compliance-safe copy and flag anything we believe requires review, but final approval of any clinical or regulated claim rests with you or your designated responsible person. We'll confirm this clearly at the start of every regulated-sector project.
Yes, within scope. We can produce content and ad creative for FCA-regulated businesses, with a compliance-direction pass on all copy. We don't provide regulatory advice, but we know how to write ads that don't create compliance problems.
